Responsibilities:

-Leading a team about 4 Technical Marketing professional Engineers focus on power

-In charge of Demand Creation and Products and Roadmaps Definition for Power IC for AC/DC, SMPS, Viper & Industrial (Motor Drivers, Gate Drivers)

- Capable of multiple business oriented interactions with Sales, Disty, FAE, Division & management

- Maintain and enhance business relationship with the customer , gather product and customer requirements, working closely with Application labs, Engineering teams, sales.

Requirements:

- EE Bachelor, or/and Semiconductors Physics

- Min 10 years experience in Semiconductors Industry

- Strong Leadership

- Strong Marketing and Business acumen

- Fluent in written and spoken English
