This position would provide 1st level user support at the Power Integrations China office and assist with remote support via phone and team viewer for other offices.  Assist with trouble shooting with Corporate Network Operations team for servers and connectivity issues.

Primary Responsibility:
•Manage Incoming requests via Phone, Email, and Service Desk ticket system.

•PC Desktop and Laptop Hardware – Trouble shoot / repair laptop and desktop hardware issues
•PC Desktop and Laptop Software – Trouble shoot Microsoft Window 7 operating system issues
•Email – Trouble shoot email related issues
•Webex - Working knowledge of Cisco Webex online collaboration software
•Alteris / Ghost - Working knowledge of remote PC management software and OS deployment
•Antivirus - Working knowledge of antivirus software and trouble shooting virus infections
•VPN – Trouble shoot connectivity issues
•Audio Visual - Setup and support of AV equipment
•SmartPhones – Trouble shoot Smartphones devices
