Job Description:

-    Manage Key accounts of Power and Industrial customers.

-    Able to manage the distributors to make the design in and Supply chain.

-    Able to direct interface with the customers to close the Gap about the New Product Design in, Pricing Issue etc.

-    Good negotiation Skill and manage to close the contract and or Incentive program with the customers.

-    Able to negotiate the contract and or propose a right business models of the customers.

-    Able to do the design in of Power and Discrete and MCU products.

Requirements:

-    Have 1-2 year R&D and or FAE experience in Power and Industrial Applications.

-    Plus 2-3 year experience in Technical Marketing and or Sales experience.

-    Able to do the design in of Power and Discrete, PWM, Controller and MCU Products .

-    Those who have no technical knowledge would not be considered.

-    Hard Working, Highly discipline and manage to speak English and use PowerPoint application.
